Ben Pronsky

A direct descendant of the Allen Brothers, the founders of Houston, TX. Ben's father was a military officer and received his doctorate at Harvard. His mother, a yoga instructor, provided the more ethereal perspective, embracing the arts. While working towards a double degree in Communications and Theater, he began auditioning and landing roles both on-screen and in voice overs, and soon found himself opposite Oscar winner Jamie Foxx with a small role in the biopic, Ray (2004). Shortly thereafter, Ben moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting full time. He appeared in several national commercials, films, and on television in shows such as The Mentalist. All the while studying regularly at the Larry Moss Studio, among other acting studios, and becoming a career consultant at TVI Actors Studio. In 2009, Ben founded and was Director of the Edgemar Film Festival in Santa Monica (where Larry Moss Studio was housed). Since 2011, he has segued primarily into voice over work in video games, animation, radio & TV commercials, and ADR for television & feature films. Then in early 2018, Ben became owner and operator of Voice Actors Network, which connects fellow voice actors to top industry professionals.
