Gavin Lewis

Gavin Lewis was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he began his career on stage. The son of two theatre professionals, he was classically trained at a very young age. In addition to stage, he has appeared in a diverse range of television, film, and voice over roles. Lewis is known for his role starring alongside Reese Witherspoon (playing her son) and Kerry Washington in Hulu's drama series Little Fires Everywhere (2020) based on Celeste Ng's best-selling novel of the same name. He also stars in the HBO Max reboot of the 1980's sitcom Head of the Class (2021), from Bill Lawrence and creators Amy Pocha & Seth Cohen, and Netflix's multi-camera comedy The Prince of Peoria (2018-2019) portraying the lead title role of "Prince Emil". In film, Lewis co-stars opposite Tim Blake Nelson and Stephen Dorff in Hideout Pictures' critically acclaimed western Old Henry (2021), directed by Potsy Ponciroli. Outside of acting, Lewis is passionately involved in raising Type 1 diabetes education and awareness. In working with the non-profit Beyond Type 1, Lewis strives to lead by example and change what it means to live with diabetes.
