Noel Jason Scott is a Character Actor from Los Angeles, California. Noel started his acting career playing the remorseless Judge Hawthorne in "The Crucible" in L.A.'s underground "Theater of Doors." Bit by the acting bug, Noel ventured forward into film and television. One of Noel's first breaks was landing the role of Patrolman Pursell in the Charles Manson biopic "House of Manson." Noel is also honing his comedic chops playing Police Chief Ed Redfern in the Noir comedy "A Dead Dame in Hollywood" (summer 2019). Noel has been fascinated by monster movies and horror FX makeup since childhood. Trained as a fine artist and inspired by Lon Chaney Sr., Noel often does his own character makeup. He has transformed himself into ghoulish Vampires and fiendish Villains. Some of his character makeup can be seen on him in the films: "Tales of Halloween" (This Means War segment Noelferatu character), "Lavalantula", "Killjoy's Psycho Circus" as Psycho One, and "Prey: In Cold Blood". Noel was also featured in the horror game show "Hellevator" season 2. (Blumhouse/GSN).
