Emmanuel Kabongo

Kabongo began acting in 2009 appearing in films like Pompeii, Antibirth, Brown Girl Begins and Extracurricular. He's an alumni of the actor's conservatory at the Canadian Film Centre. Kabongo co-produced and starred in the award winning web series Teenagers which earned him a Canadian Screen Award nomination. He also co-produced and starred in the short film "A Man's Story" which won the Impact Shorts Award at the Reelwolrd Film Festival. Some of Kabongo's TV credits include a lead in '21 Thunder' (Netflix), Star Trek Voyager (CBS), V-Wars (Netflix), and Ransom (CBS). Kabongo was born in the Democratic Republic of Congo, raised in South Africa and grew up in Toronto. He turned down a basketball scholarship to pursue an acting career.
