Emily Havea
Emily is a Sydney based actor, singer, dancer and writer. A 2014 NIDA acting grad, Emily has worked across theatre, music, film and TV. Theatre credits include 'Julius Caesar' (Calphurnia/Octavius) Bell Shakespeare Co; 'Fun Home' (Joan) Sydney Theatre Co & Melbourne Theatre Co; 'Wherever She Wanders' (Nikki) Griffin Theatre; 'Grounded' (Pilot) Parramatta Riverside Theatre and 'Brown Skin Girl' (which Emily also co-wrote) with Blackbirds for Griffin Theatre Batch Festival. Her screen credits include 'A Perfect Pairing' (Sam) Netflix, 'The Secrets She Keeps' (Detective Soussa) Chanel 10/ BBC 1 and season 6, 7 & 8 'Wentworth' (Mon Alston) Fremantle Media/Showcase. As a writer, Emily has worked with Village Roadshow Rough Diamond and most recently wrote on 'Year Of' for STAN. Emily trained full time with Danceworld Studios in 2011 and teaches and performs regularly with Retrosweat, the 80ties aerobic workout.
