American actress, writer, producer and director, Monda Scott has developed quite a following. A native of Houston, Texas, Monda is an actress in film, television and on stage. Although she excelled as an athlete, Monda discovered her love and passion for art while participating in her high school's performance arts program. School administrators and teachers would instantly acknowledge her commanding stage presence and innate flair to mesmerize an audience. Monda was also recognized for her creativity in writing, IQ in directing and wit in production. She began her professional training in San Diego, California and later relocated to Los Angeles to further advance her study and acting career. After many television appearances and being featured in made for Web-TV series, Monda was casted as the lead roles of movies such as Living and Loving in the Moment (2013), The Original Stereotype (2012), Dog Training (2011), The ABC's of Dating (2011) and D.O.E (2010). Monda has held leading and supporting roles in numerous films that have gone on to win big at national film festivals. She has been successful on stage as well. Monda starred in the stage play Tarentino Tales. Monda is a skilled dancer, swimmer, skater, skateboarder and fitness professional. She is fluent in English and Spanish Languages. Monda resides in Los Angeles, California.
