Alisha Seaton

Alisha Seaton

Alisha Seaton was born in Santa Barbara, California. It was here she was introduced to theatre at the age of seven. She started as the smallest toy soldier in "Babes in Toyland." From that point, Alisha was in love with acting. Alisha was accepted at the Los Angeles County High School of the Arts in her junior year of high school. Alisha's mom was instantly supportive, gave Alisha her own car, and Alisha moved to LA the following day on her own. During high school Alisha attended the prestigious, highly selective California State Summer School of the Arts in both 1992 and 1994. Alisha received the governor's medallion for young artists twice for this accomplishment. She returned to LA to receive a BA in Theatre from the University of Southern California and a minor in Communication and the Entertainment Industry. She also moved to England for further training and received a diploma in Theatre from the University of Kent in Canterbury. Since graduation, Alisha has performed in several plays and independent films. She has worked with film students from American Film Institute, UCLA, University of Southern California, Pasadena Art Design Center, Cal-Arts and Los Angeles City College, as well as independent directors. Her most recent work includes performing "The Trojan Women" at the Whitefire Theatre, shooting a PSA for the ACLU, and a "True Crime" documentary for the History Channel. Alisha has been a woman dealing with schizophrenia, a hippie vampire, a murdering waitress, and a Dionysian worshipper and she is looking forward to whatever comes her way next.
