Roxana Ortega
Roxana Ortega is an American actor, writer and voice-over artist born in Los Angeles and raised in Fullerton, CA. She graduated from U.C. Berkeley with Phi Beta Kappa honors, trained at the American Conservatory Theatre and is an alumna of the prestigious Groundlings Sunday Company.
She has worked extensively in film and television, garnering supporting roles opposite Danny Trejo & Reno Wilson (GRAND-DADDY DAY CARE), Tom Hanks (LARRY CROWNE) and Sandra Bullock (MISS CONGENIALITY 2) and guest starring on shows like SANTA CLARITA DIET, THE LEAGUE, FOR THE PEOPLE, FOURSOME, NCIS: LA and NEW GIRL. She has also appeared in over fifty national commercials.
An Audie-nominated voice-actor, she can be heard in numerous video games, commercials, trailers and audiobooks, including the Pulitzer Prize winning A VISIT FROM THE GOON SQUAD.
Roxana is a proud Latina of mixed heritage. Her mother was originally from Lima, Peru and her father was Mexican-American, born in East LA.
