Sükrü Özyildiz (born February 18, 1988) is a Turkish actor. He is best known for his leading roles in the Star TV and later Fox TV series Benim Hala Umudum Var and Kanal D series Seref Meselesi. After earning the Department of Ship Mechanics Engineering at Istanbul Technical University and studying in Istanbul for one year, he started studying again at Ege University and then went to Portugal with Erasmus program. Özyildiz has been interested in martial sports since he was a youngster and has participated in cage fights in Portugal. Later, Sükrü Özyildiz explained that he left the cage fights; He said he was pressing the hyperactivity on the sets. After participating in a workshop on acting, he decided that he liked the acting very much and decided to study acting at Müjdat Gezen Art Center. His maternal family is Rûm/Greek from Rhodes. His father is Turkish from Trabzon.
