Kelly Dowdle was raised in Austin, Texas native and attended the University of Texas at Austin. She got her undergraduate degree in Radio, Television and Film. Kelly is an entrepreneur and philanthropist and hopes to evoke emotion in motion picture and television viewers through acting and to spread love and joy to the world.
