Sol Marina grew up in Caimito Alto, Puerto Rico. She wrote her first play in the second grade, and has been performing ever since. She graduated from New York University with a BFA in Drama and a BA Latin American Studies. At Tisch School of the Arts, she trained at The Experimental Theatre Wing with a focus in physical theater, clowning, movement and creating your own work. As an actress she works in TV/Film and Theatre. She is based in The Bronx and writes for stage and screen with a penchant for one liners.
