Ava Bogle was born in London and raised in a hippie bubble in Northern California. As a comedian, she has appeared at The Comedy Store, The Viper Room, and Flappers. She also has a sex blog, Diary of a Slutty Feminist. Her short films have screened internationally and won awards. Most recently her film, Meryl Fuckin Streep, won Best Short at SF Indie Fest and Best Experimental Film at Lady Filmmakers Festival. Ava premiered her one-woman show The Pleasure Project at the Hollywood Fringe Festival and went on tour to San Francisco, New York and Australia. Ms. Magazine called the show, "funny, engaging, informative and empowering... a performance you will leave feeling inspired, fulfilled and ready to change the world."
