Enoch Frost is of Ghanaian heritage & was born in Balham, London. he lived in a south London children's home from 7 weeks of age, until he was adopted by English parents when he was 7 years old. He grew up in Somerset with his adoptive family who were avid Theatre goers and had several relatives who were successful actors. These included the late Sir Donald Sinden who encouraged Enoch to pursue a career in drama after watching him in a secondary school play. Upon Graduation from the Guildford School of Acting, he spent time pursuing his love of snowboarding in the French alps before moving to Australia for a year to study full time at a Kung Fu academy in Adelaide. His adoptive father also took him back to Ghana to reunite with his biological family. He is a fan of Rally and Formula One and lives in Somerset, England.
