Tôru Kizu was born on 3 October 1970 in Ohtsuki, Yamanashi, Japan. He is an actor, known for Rurôni Kenshin: Densetsu no saigo-hen (2014), Rurôni Kenshin: Kyôto taika-hen (2014) and Jin (2009).
