Mina Cruz is a Bulakenya actor and filmmaker. In 2017 she attended The Singapore's Writer Festival as part of the panel discussion for Nang 3: The Fiction Issue, a publication dedicated to Asian cinema. In 2018, she attended the panel discussion and Q&A of S.E.A. Of Sadness where her two short films were screened by Taiwan International Documentary and Film Festival (TIDF).
