Hirotarô Honda was born on 8 February 1951 in Ibaraki, Japan. He is an actor, known for Kamen Raidâ × Sûpâ Sentai × Uchû Keiji: Supâ Hîrô Taisen Z (2013), Himeyuri no Tô (1995) and Gekijôban Kamen Raidâ Kabuto: God Speed Love (2006).
