Zeynep is born into a poor family and has few opportunities in life. Her fortunes change when the family that employs her mother as a cleaning lady offers to adopt the young girl. Our Story, or Bizim Hikaye in its original Turkish, is a Turkish drama set in Istanbul, Turkey featuring the Elibol family. The show is adapted from a UK based series called Shameless.
