Kailash Nath, a bank manager, is falsely implicated in a bank robbery by Shankar, his son's father-in-law, and sent to prison. However, upon release, he decides to confront Shankar and exact revenge.

Rahul looks after his spoilt nephews, Sunny and Vicky, and niece, Munni. When they go to a funfair, they meet Vyjayanti, who has run away from home, and decide to shelter her without Rahul's consent.
