Jankidas
Jankidas was born in 1910. He was an actor and writer, known for Mayurpankh (1954), Teesra Kaun (1965) and Yadon Ki Kasam (1985). He died on June 8, 2003 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Ravidas, a gifted poet falls in love with Jyoti. Because of differences in caste, the villagers oppose their marriage. He decides to move to the city to fulfill his dreams of becoming a recognized poet and eventually marrying Jyoti. There he comes across a big newspaper publisher who recognizes his talent and publishes some of Ravidas's poems in a column in his newspaper and Ravidas becomes famous. He communicates to Jyoti by writing on the side of the morning express train, hence the title of the film Saveray Wali Gaadi. Jyoti reads these messages each morning hoping for the time when Ravidas will return and take her away with him.
