Andrew Perez is an actor and writer, known for his work on the FX series The Old Man (2022), as well as the films My Scientology Movie (2015), Bastards y Diablos (2015), and My Dinner With Werner (2021). He was born in Los Angeles and grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area before moving to Chicago to study acting at Northwestern University and The School at Steppenwolf. In Chicago, he acted with Steppenwolf, Chicago Shakespeare, and Steep Theatre, before moving back to Los Angeles in 2007 to pursue a career on screen. He continues to act onstage as well, and received a 2018 Los Angeles Ovation nomination for Lead Actor In A Play for his role as Klaus Kinski in his self-written one-man-play, The Second Coming of Klaus Kinski, which ran on and off in Los Angeles for two years.
