Green has had over 20+ years in the Real Estate industry with the success of her companies Nydan Real Estate Group (NRG), Nydan Investment Properties, LLC (NIP) and Nydan Lending Group, LLC (NLG), but has recently transitioned into the entertainment industry. Not sure of which aspect she wanted to be involved in, Green decided to tackle both sides of the camera, 'acting and producing'. Her first project is an indie film, "The Prodigal Son," starring industry vet Tico Wells. She came on board as an Executive Producer and also has a small speaking part in the film as well. She hopes this is only the beginning of her having her hands in on a variety of great deals; she already has a few new projects on the horizon, a TV drama and another film. Green is also deeply passionate about Women's Empowerment, hence is why she created Let's Be R.A.W. (Real.Authentic.Women) and #BossCHICSofHouston. The two platforms were developed in 2018 and 2020 and were created as a positive platform for coaching and mentoring young women entrepreneurs. Green also travels the country speaking to various groups and she continues to give back to her community by volunteering at the Houston area Women's Center and donating to women in need with her campaign, "Purses with a Purpose."
