Aurora Adachi-Winter
Aurora Adachi-Winter is from the south side of Chicago where she grew up doing community theater. She is now lucky enough to call herself an actor for stage, film, and television. After graduating with a BFA in Theatre from the University of Illinois: Urbana-Champaign, Aurora starred in Edith Can Shoot Things And Hit Them & peerless with First Floor Theater, where she is now a company member.
Aurora has appeared on Chicago Med, Amazon's Electric Dreams, and most recently as Allie Sayers in the film Deep Woods.
Professional theatre credits include Lottery Day (Goodman); Red Rex (Steep Theatre); Put Your House In Order (The Roustabouts); Vietgone (Writers Theatre); Bull In A China Shop (About Face Theatre); The Burials (Steppenwolf); good friday (Oracle Productions); Mutt (Stage Left Theatre); and Ghost Bike (Buzz22 Chicago). Aurora has also performed in The Fly Honey Show (The Inconvenience) with the drum group Adachi Taiko.
