Aedin Waldorf
As someone who grew up helping her mom with any and all film or theatre projects, Aedin Waldorf had dozens of credits under her belt by age ten, ranging from an original role as the Cheshire Cat in a brand new Alice in Wonderland (the musical!) to choreographing dances for kids' camps, to running the boom mic for a number of short films.
She's only kept working from there. She did musicals at a number of community theatres in the Sugar Land area, most notably the nationally acclaimed Inspiration Stage, where she participated in over 10 musicals and was awarded multiple acting awards. In high school, she competed in the TAPPS One Act Play competition for two years and won the Best Actress award twice consecutively for the roles Nancy Jean (The Scent of Jasmine) and Jennie Mae (The Diviners). In 2018, she signed with Pastorini-Bosby talent agency. Aedin has taken part in the Houston 48 Hour Film Festival for many years and in 2019 she was in front of the camera for the first time, a performance that was awarded Best Actress at the festival at only 17 years old.
Aedin is pursuing a BFA in Theatre Performance at Baylor University with professors John-Michael Marrs, Brandon Sterrett, and Steven Pounders, and has studied on-camera acting with Deke Anderson and Shelley Calene-Black for more than two years. She's fascinated by the French language, has an unhealthy obsession with Ancient Greece, and has played just about every sport ever invented.
