Saranya Sharma was born in Nellore, her mother's hometown, and was brought up in Hyderabad. She began her career in theatre, performing with the Nishumbitha Theatre and Ballet Group, where she participated in numerous stage productions and street plays. Saranya made her on-screen debut with the album song "Manulanni" by GhowraHare. She is set to make her feature film debut in Balu Gani Talkies, which will soon be released on Aha. Additionally, she has another upcoming film titled Jayamundi Bhayamela Manasa, with three singles from the movie already released.
