Rick Mallin was born on the 7th June 1980 in high Wycombe [bucks] he moved with his family in 1991 to Rossendale [Manchester]. Rick attended Alder Grange High School and discovered his passion for music and drama, by 1996 he was a notorious staple in the hip-hop/RnB scene in Manchester and Salford. After being involved in petty crime, a string of misdemeanors and the death of his close friend, Rick decided to start again. He moved to Derby in the east Midlands in 1999, Rick found he had a real talent for stand up comedy, he gigged pubs and clubs around the Nottingham and Derby area. Rick started a YouTube channel called the Old AF Reviewers and was one half of the Ricky and Pablo show where movies were discussed, lots of beer was drunk and some insane stunts were performed. On the back of this Rick entered more serious acting and has turned his attention to appearing in independent movies. Rick still lives in Derby with his wife and daughter.
